How does the HIBERNATION pool work?

Each O5O NFT has a unique trait level. Basically, the higher the trait level, the higher the rewards. Besides of the traits we take the size of the G4NG and as well the average trait level into considerisation. All these numbers added up together equals a final number which allocates the collector a daily updated share of the pool which can be harvested.

Average trait level =

10 = the highest

1= the lowest

Trait level in addition =

250 = Maxium

3= Minimum

Size of the Gang =

25 = Gang maximum size limit

3= Gang minimum

Calculation =

10 + 250 + 25 = 285 Maximum Level

3 + 3 + 1 = 7 Minimum Level

How are the hibernation rewards distributed?

Tokens in hibernation pool = 100 % Example = 50’000 $o5o token

Every month the pool distributes 5 % to all hibernation reward participants.

50’000 / 100 * 5= 2’500 Tokens pro Monat

The hibernation-staking participants are getting rewarded by the strength of their G4NG.

This means if there are only 3 hibernation participants the calculation would be the following:

Community Member A: Level 285

Community Member B: Level 7

Community Member C: Level 100

This means the weight in the pool would be the following:

Community Member A: Level 285 = 72.7 %

Community Member B: Level 7 = 1.78 %

Community Member C: Level 100 25.51 %

Total = 392 = 100 %

Community Member A: Level 285 = 72.7 % = 50’000 / 100 * 5 = 2’500 Tokens = 2’500 / 30 = 83 Tokens —> 83 Tokens / 100 * 72.7 = 60.34 $o5o

Community Member B: Level 7 = 1.78 % = 83 / 100 * 1.78 = 1.47 $ o5o

Community Member C: Level 100 25.51 % = 83 / 100 * 25.51 = 21.17

Of the royalties which the collection is generating, 50 % are getting distributed into this pool on a weekly basis and distributed to the pool holders - the hibernation participants.

The 50 % profit share is converted from $SOL into $O5O and $O5O is sent to the pool.

A 5 % fee is deducted to cover fees & expenses.

Besides of that 50 % of the profits which are generated by the O5O Initial Music Offering are getting invested back into the pool as well.
